We offer to our owners an optional Rental Management Program. As property managers, we can arrange all of the details for you and your vacation renters.
We, as property managers, become your representatives. We look after the payments of bills and all matters pertaining to the maintenance of your property. Infiniti Blu residents will enjoy a secure environment, managed by expert property managers.
The European planning and onsite supervision assure the highest quality construction and finish of our Caribbean condos. This allows for us to provide an exceptional owners guarantee package.
All components delivered by Infiniti Blu carry a 2 year guarantee with the exception of the roof membrane, which is guaranteed for a full 5 years. This type of product confidence is all but unheard of in any Dominican Republic condo development.
Infiniti Blu is a brand new beachfront condominium development. Currently we are not offering this insurance but are planning to do so. There are reputable companies available that can assist you, if interested in insuring your Condominium specific items.

All are European designed, 5 chambered PVC, double glazed tempered glass filled with argon gas, tilt & turn feature, 16mm of insulation to keep sound and heat out, and cold air in. These energy saving windows help our residents save almost 60% on monthly energy cost if using A/C.
Yes, including solid oak cabinets, granite counter tops stainless steel hardware and appliances, large double sinks, dish washers, stove/oven with overhead stainless steel extractor (exhaust fan), lazy susan and fully extending drawers.

Purchasers can furnish themselves, or we can help you with furniture packages and/or consultations with our designer. We can assist with deliveries or recommend local vendors, etc.
Infiniti Blu has low maintenance fees at $1.87 per square meter. For a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit with 159 square meters, the monthly fee is just $298.
Included in the maintenance fees are common area electricity, pool maintenance, hot & cold treated water from all taps, garbage removal, wireless internet, landscaping, 24/7 security, (1) cable TV, water treatment facility, central gas, general maintenance & cleaning, back up electrical power & maintenance, (1) maid cleaning per week, (1) bed linen cleaning per week.
Included also is the use and enjoyment of the common area with large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor bathrooms and shower, poolside BBQ area with large gas/charcoal BBQ, sink, & covered dining table and chairs, private pathway to the semi-private sandy beaches, free horse carriage for traveling around town, bottled water delivery (1,1 US$ per 5 gallon bottle), onsite office with staff at your service open 7 days a week, and more.
Energy: Back up generator for 24/7 power, and a dedicated, high voltage line (12,600v) direct to Infiniti Blu from the main power supply company (Edenorte) to help lower kilowatt per hour costs. Together with solar powered water heating to keep costs low, we pass this savings on to our owners in the form of lower maintenance fees.
Security: Infiniti Blu is a gated community with two entry gates with security guards 24/7. We use high tech systems such as computerized guard check points that monitor our night security patrols, video cameras, walkie-talkies and cell phone communication with security personal, guest registration and we constantly strive to maintain high security standards.
Our water treatment facility purifies the water thru a sophisticated system of ozone, active carbon and resin filters and chlorine. The water is pure leaving the facility, but to ensure it is arriving pure to your unit we can install at choice a UV filter in your unit for highest drinking water quality.
The French drains around the perimeter of all buildings transport water away from the condos. Lowest points of the Buildings are at least 1 foot higher than surrounding land and the streets and we also have storm drains near the parking area. Besides that we have an integrated superficial rain water collection system for the whole project connected to the sub terrain water.
The structural engineer hired by Infiniti Blu is one of the most experienced civil engineers in the Dominican Republic. The structural design of the buildings is considering the rare possibility of strong hurricane and/or earth quake strikes. The buildings are built on a concrete slab which is poured on highly compacted underground. Besides that the usage of tempered glass in all windows is an additional security factor for our residents.
We use Italian high pressure polyethylene POL PE-HD for cold water, and PE-X for hot water. They are all one piece from the outlet to the register in protective flexible tubes. High pressure SDR-26 pipes carry the waste water. These products are a vital necessity and perform extremely well in countries like Dominican Republic because they are more impervious to damage during transportation and the rough construction environment.
Yes, Infiniti Blu has a high speed wireless internet service available for all residents. At choice we can also install repeaters in your unit for more convenience.
Final phase III is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of 2011.

Yes, Infiniti Blu has a rent-to-own program. If you lease a condo and then purchase any condo here within one year, we refund you 40% of all the rent you paid. Please contact our office for details.
Yes, although we have restrictions for keeping of pets we accept well trained and condo accustomed pets which don't represent a threat to other residents to live within our boundaries. The residents with pets are fully responsible for their animals. Dogs are always to be kept on leash outside the condo and they are only allowed to use designated areas for their ……..
We are proud to be one of the few condo developments in the DR to follow a green concept. Here are some examples
- We use solar water heaters to reduce the energy consumption and burning of the fossil energy
- Our windows are made with insulated double glass filled with argon, this saves up to 60% on energy cost if using A/C
- Our design and orientation considers the natural winds to minimize consumption of A/C
- We use timers for the illumination of all common areas, pools and pumps
- We are connected to a dedicated high voltage energy line to minimize the use of power plant
- We use deep covered terraces to maintain shade in the condo and reduce the use of A/C

- Our power plant is fully sound proof, although it is used just a few hours in a month
- We serve food to our staff from our own kitchen in order to eliminate the use of plastic dishes
- We use gas for cooking and drying
- Our car parks are covered with grass to reduce the absorption of surface heat
- We have installed a common laundry facility to minimize the use of detergent and energy
- We use thermal insulation on our flat roofs to keep the heat out and the cold air in
