• Numerous building projects in Vienna during the years 1990 - 1999 as partner of the developer group SADCON Wohnbau among other projects.
• Planning of more than 400 apartments on behalf of restorations in the historical part of Vienna and new condominiums in Vienna
• Since 1999 resident in the Dominican Republic
• Since 1999 planning and design of numerous luxury mansions in the resorts Sea Horse Ranch and Haciendas El Choco, Sosua, Dominican Republic

• 1986 – 1990 working on several condominium projects in Vienna as project manager
• 1990 Founder of the condo development group SADCON Wohnbau. Building, completion and sales of over 400 apartments as managing partner during the years 1990 - 1999 in Vienna.
• Since 1999 resident in the Dominican Republic
• Since 1999 supervision and completion of several luxury building projects, located in the resorts of Sea Horse Ranch and Haciendas El Choco, Sosua, Dominican Republic
