Infiniti Blu will be finished in 3 Phases:
Phase I: This phase has completed construction and is now turn-key
Phase II will consist of the ocean front apartment buildings A,B,C and Ocean view apartment buildings D and E adding a second pool and a beach club. Turn key for this phase will be approximately Spring 2010.
Phase III finally will complete the project with town homes, more condos and a comercial building hosting shops, a spa and healthcare facilities. Turn key for this Phase will be end of 2010.
Infiniti Blu offers highest security standards with a 24/7 security service. The back up generator supplies the project reliably with electricity. The administration office at the main gate provides you with a variety of services: Laundry service in our own laundry facility, baby sitting, car rental, sight seeing tours - name it, we will arrange it for you!
