For tenant placement, we advertise your condo online with various websites and the print media, we cooperate with brokers who bring us perspective tenants, and we follow up with all inquiries and referrals with tenacity.

We have a section of our Infiniti Blu website dedicated solely to our rentals and finding your future tenant.

We have detailed inventory check lists for your condo and conduct a thorough walk thru before returning security deposits.

We will supervise the application process, arrival and check in, collection of deposits, cleaning and servicing, rental payments and bills, and handle any issue all the way to check out time for your long or short term rentals.
